Q: How long can these be stored in the box?

I agree with the other responses; I've also stored them in the box for 5 months and they were still fresh. One thing that I've noticed though, is that once you open the inner wrapping they get stale remarkably quickly if you don't keep them wrapped. I store any unconsumed biscuits in a plastic sandwich bag.

Q: We ordered the cranberry orange biscuits for the first time in December and received a box that was expired 20Sep17. How can this be fixed?

You can also request a return/refund based on the food being expired via the Internet.
