Q: Please let me know the percent of Salicylic acid? I want to make sure this shampoo has enough of this ingredient to be effective.

My tube really doesn’t say but it does help with my long term scalp itch...hope this helps.

THEY MAKE SEVERAL PRODUCTS... I JUST ORDERED THE SHAMPOO.

Q: When will the packaging change so I can try this product? I have long hair I cannot do bottles that you can't squeeze it out easily.

First, this shampoo doesn't do anything for your scalp. It dries out your hair more than anything else and I even used the conditioner. Medicated Selsun Blue is much much better. Second, the bottles are terrible with screw off tops. As for packaging changes, that's a question for the manufacturer. Good Luck.
