Bought this lightbox on a whim to take photos of items for sale...this lightbox worked wonders! My sale photos look professional. The lightbox was easy to assemble and disassemble. Came with multiple color backdrops. Different light settings. I was pleasantly surprised at it's performance. Amazing for the price!

A quick disclaimer: I rate products on their functionality, build quality, and cost. I believe it is extremely important that cost is factored into a review.For anyone looking to capture small to medium size product images at a very inexpensive rate, this is a great starting point. There are some pros to this product and there are some cons. I've listed them below.PROS:1. It includes 6 colored backdrops that are easy to change.2. It has an overhead light that has an adjustable brightness feature.3. The overhead light can be adjusted to different color temperatures (daylight, tungsten, or a combination of both). If you will not be using additional lights with this system, the bi-colored temperature option really doesn't matter as most cameras, including cell phones, will allow you to adjust the settings in the camera to add more warmth to the shot. The advantage of bi-color temperature lights is, it makes it easier to match the lights with other light sources, should you choose to add more lights. For example, if you were using a lamp that had a tungsten light (more of a yellow tent), you could adjust the light on this unit to closely match the color of the light coming off of the lamp. This helps when you are trying to capture a photo with the correct white balance. If you are not using additional lighting, I would recommend adjusting the light to a blended color so that the unit uses BOTH light strips. This will give you more light. Otherwise, if you use the Daylight White, only the Daylight White LED Strip will be on. The second LED strip will turn off, cutting the amount of light you are able to get from this unit in half. It's the same if you use the tungsten (warmer color) lights. This is common with ALL bi-color LED lights.4. It comes with a carrying bag and it is easy to transport, should you need to.5. Assembly was pretty simple, though the instructions weren't much help.6. it has a hole at the top that makes it easy to capture overhead stots.CONS:1. The fabric that is used for the backdrops does have an imprinted design on it versus a smooth surface. My cameras have very high resolution, so the fabric imprint was very noticeable. I would have preferred a smooth service.2. While the circular design of the LED lights looks cool in the photos found on the product page, it is not the best lighting design. A more effective design would have been a square layout, where there were LED strips stretched completely across the top versus the circular design that uses fewer lights and has gaps in the corners.3. To capture truly professional photos using this, additional lighting is needed. The LED lights that come with this do a pretty good job of lighting the top, back, and sides of the product, however, I strongly recommended adding light to the front of the product, otherwise, you will find that the front will be darker than the rest of the product and have harder shadows. A small, inexpensive LED light would suffice.I took some product photos, using ONLY the lights that are included with this unit. I did do some minor color grading to the photos, which included adjusting brightness and contrast so that I could see what the possible end results could be with this. I was very pleased.

I like the quality of the photography box. I am a beginner and I got this box to take pictures of wine bottles. The quality is good. The box is study and it is easy to set up. All of the lights work and there is a feature for different types of lighting from dim to bright to a bluish color. It comes with six different backdrops so it's easy to test the color and product to get the best effect. My wine bottles actually touch the top of the photo box, so I cannot get the glare/reflection of the light off the bottles, but I am working with that. If this is your first photography light box, then grab it, it is a great place to start....just like myself.

This product was actually a steal. I was not sure how I would like the box to do my LIVES in so I got this to test drive if I wanted to invest in a more expensive option. I am going to be honest, it cannot withstand too much weight. I put my phone on time so it looks down into the box while I show my jewelry and the weight of the phone kinda gives a little but does not completely collapse. If you are using the box JUST to take pictures then this is perfect. The lighting is pretty bright which I was not expecting. A good buy.

Extremely easy to assemble! I photograph small items and this box is perfect for that. I can take photos head on or from above and there are tons of lighting options which is amazing! Several didn’t back drop colors make it really nice depending on what I’m shooting. The box is bigger than a lot of others I’ve tried which is nice for taller items. It’s not terribly sturdy but I can deal with that. All in all, for the money, it’s a pretty great purchase.

Great value, works good, great results..

This came folded very neatly and was easy to unfold and assemble. It probably took me less than 5 minutes to assemble it. The colors that came are very easy to insert and it is so nice to be able to vary the lighting. I have used it to take photos direct from my laptop. I also have used it to take photos from my Iphone. All phots are awesome.

Worked great for more professional looking pictures of my hobby-which is reptiles. Total game changer! The ability to adjust the lighting is fantastic at this price point. This was the largest I could find for a starter light box that wasn't $50! Folds easily & is quick & simple to put together in less than a minute. The backdrops came in handy & were simple to install if you want them. I was leary of how well this was going to be but for less than 30 bucks its worth it! I'm hoping it lasts for awhile since it will only get used sporadically. (Its made of thin, bendable plastic just in case anyone may be asking & has quite a surprisingly long cord attached to the affixed led light ring)
