Love it. This is the first such stabilizing device I use though I do a lot of video recording on the move (think skiing and sports), using both cellphones and GoPros. The stabilizing effect combining with the target following feature is fantastic, giving you so much freedom in recording from different angles while moving along and around with your targets. The kids were amazed by it! Definitely recommend. The only thing that I found missing and in my opinion could be easily corrected, is a more straight forward and clearer instruction. They can definitely do a better job at this. Before that, A key thing for users to know is that you would want to install and use the ZY Cami app to interact with the stick, and then you can use all the controls and features on the stick to start and stop the video recording on your phone as well as zooming the camera in and out etc. Overall this is a great thing to have if you want high quality videos on moving subjects, especially when you are moving too.

The media could not be loaded.  The product itself feels really great! The way the coating of the material feels like I can easily grip on the handle and my hands won't slip. The stabilizer comes charged when you first get it out of the box, and you can install the ZY Cami incredibly fast. Once you get registered and approve the permissions for the app, I think that I can really be a great feature. I would have given it a 5 star, but I couldn't due to some hardships that I got from the app itself.4/5 stars, but the fault is not in the quality of the item itself. It's more on the firmware.I kept getting a notification to update the firmware to the latest version. But it kept saying that the update failed. I have charged the system for several hours (since the app said to make sure the device needs to be greater than 50%). I kept my phone on the actual gimbal, I've kept it side by side, and still everything single time I try to update, I still get the "update failed".It's the third day that I've had this now, and I just ignored the firmware update. I calibrated the device, and started using it slightly to make it sure everything works. It still works even without the update, which is why I still gave it a 4 out of 5 stars.i am really happy with the way the product stabilizes my phone (i have an iphone 13) and love that wherever you turn the handle, it will keep your phone facing where you are. I love the scroll feature to turn the phone sideways, or up and down. For the price, I have to say it is worth it.I still am learning the features of the Zhiyun Smooth X, and I plan to do another product review after using it for vlogging.Overall, I'm glad that I decided to choose this product.

Bought this for my husband because he wanted to get a camera and make some videos of his truck for Instagram and such. I decided this was way better and he could edit his videos on the same app that they offer.Stability quality is amazing as well as hundreds of other features the actual X comes with apart from the app!

The required app does not work so the device is useless. Wouldn’t advice buying until they fix that (from the reviews on the App Store it doesn’t look like that’ll happen soon). 0 stars

Its like it was built backwards, I downloaded the app and tried to take some shots but the mode button just makes a click sound and and the gimble jumps but doesn't move...after trying to figure out the Modes. I guess I got a bad device. I am so disappointed

Perfectly sized for new members trying to use gimble..1. Light weight2. Fits in pocket3. Easy to operate.4. Zy Cami app makes it easy and fun to use.5. Video templates in ZY Cami app are great for new users.

This is the worst product I ever used, the handle and the holder is on the different side, and none of the button can use, do not buy it!!!!!!!!!
