Q: How tall is this penguin?

I purchased this penguin for my wife as a valentine gift. It stands a little over 20 inches tall. Very large plush toy. My wife loved it!!

Q: Can it be personalized? I saw in this other website that a scarf with some text can be added for an extra fee. Is it possible to do it here as well?

I don't have personalized scarves available to put on the penguin.

Q: Does this penguin have button features (face) or would it be safe for a15 month old?

The eyes are like plastic or glass bubbles, like marbles, but they are very secure, I don't believe I could even rip them off, on purpose or accidental. My kids are 5 and 7 right now, but I've been thru the baby stages. ..I believe this is safe for a 15 month old, yes. I would have had no trouble allowing my kids to have something like this as toddlers. We are very happy with this purchase, Melissa &Doug products are great quality!
