Alcohol Free Pure & Natural Real Vanilla Extract, with Seeds

I use this product for my 11 month old son who had a number of food allergies needing him to drink specially prescribed formula which was only palatable with the addition of vanilla. This product worked and now he has it with his French toast. We ran out of our first bottle and I hastily ordered a second bottle in time for his birthday. In my haste (and with a one week old newborn baby in tow) I accidentally ordered the one with alcohol. The company called me to check I hadn’t made a mistake given my purchase history and even corrected it. Given the mail strikes they also posted it special so it’d be here in time for his birthday cake. One of the best customer care experiences!

I love these vanilla extracts, 1 tablespoon goes a long way and adds the delicious vanilla flavour to desserts and cookies.Knowing that it is real vanilla, grown naturally without pesticides and with no added sugars makes it really special!Customer support was also amazing - I was sent the one with alcohol while I ordered alcohol free, but after I wrote a message to the seller about that they responded promptly and sent the correct vanilla extract within a couple of days without asking for the other one to be returned. Thank you!

First of all let me be fully transparent and say I got in contact with the seller because my order got messed around with by Royal Mail.They are really delightful to talk to and they even re-sent my order swallowing the P&P. Absolutely top class customer service which is why it pains me to leave a low star review.Why? Well because the item I received was out of date and possibly mislabeled (see the photos of mislabel 120ml instead of 100ml & Best Before Date Dec 2024 instead of Dec 2022)When it came down to the taste test I believe it would have been better than those tiny 10ml one shots you can buy off of the supermarket shelves had it been fresh and in date.You can see the vanilla seeds and the liquid is black because of the rich vanilla content but it was mostly subdued probably due to it being out of date for over 6 months which is a crying shame.I made some Chia Seed Puddings and some Overnight Oats and honestly you couldn't taste the vanilla. I was really disappointed because I believed I was paying for a quality product which was expensive and had good quality natural ingredients.All I can say is maybe I got unlucky with my order and maybe you'll get a fresher batch but I can't with good heart and standing vouch for this product.I'm really sorry.
