Q: Can I use this on cats to?

Groomer of 20+ years This specifically says DOG SHAMPOO, others are correct you cannot usually use neem oil on cats. This usually refers to the flea dips that drys on your pets fur. Since cats clean themselves more than dogs. The directions say not to use this product on cats. This could be tropiclean trying to protect themselves from lawsuits. However in proper diluted concentrations neem oil and neem oil shampoos can be used on cats. Just stop using if you notice any sensitivities or changes in your pet.

Q: what are the ingredients?

Basic ingredients are Oatmeal and Tee Tree (helps sooth dry, itchy skin). No soap in the shampoo. Other ingredients are yucca, papaya, kiwi, aloe (extracts), mild coconut cleanser, salicylic acid, parfum fragrance & Vitamin E. Hope this helps. It has been the best dog shampoo we have used in years.
