Duofold Men's Base Layer Thermal Pant

I didn't realize when I bought these that they'd be too small (smaller than expected based on the sizing chart on Amazon's site) and also that they'd be too thin. The idea was to get a pair of thermals I could wear under my jeans when biking to work in sub-20-degree temperatures. If I buy another pair, I'll definitely go for the "expedition weight" instead.

When I received this item, I found a one inch hole, where the fly is sewn in to the garment. I fixed it myself, but it should have been caught by their quality people. Also, they fit mostly as expected. A little baggy in the crotch/seat area, and short in length, the length being no surprise to me, as I have long legs. I also bought a pair of the Coldpruf brand, which came in a "Tall" size. That item fits much better, both in length, and in how close it fits to my body. I wouldn't refuse to recommend the Duofold brand, as the general quality seems good. I wouldn't recommend it for guys with longer, leaner bodies, however.

My 25 year old Duofolds were, literally, on their last leg. I was happy to see that they were still available, although not exactly what I was trying to replace. Thankfully, the new ones are even better than my old ones with a more up to date design that is very comfortable. Highly recommend, I can even wear them under my business casual slacks/pants when it is chilly, without them being visible. I wouldn't think that they would be very effective in extreme cold, however. Since I wanted something that could add an extra layer of warmth when I didn't have a jacket, etc., this fit the bill perfectly. Considering how long my first pair lasted while being worn at least several months of each year, I should have these for a long, long time.

These are pretty good long underwear. They fit nice, don't bunch up. However they aren't the warmest. It feels like my older pairs are made of a blend of materials and feel warmer. They fit and material feels kind of like spandex probably because they are made of 100% polyester.

Came in packaging that looked used! The container was stained with pink paint and product had clearly been opened and tried on, but my brother opted to keep them. He usually wears a size smaller and I was concerned they'd be too large, but by ordering a size up they were a perfect fit.He likes them and says they are soft and warm, but I've removed stars due to the fit and dubious packaging.

I'm 5'9-5'10 and 140lbs and the small size fit me perfectly. They are snug (no movement) without feeling too tight. The elastic band stays on my waist during my entire time snowboarding. Wearing this and my snowboarding pants keeps me warm and dry in 40-55 degree weather. I haven't used this in extremely cold conditions so I can't comment on its full capabilities of keeping one warm. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase given the cost.

I ordered these for my husband who wanted another layer to wear under jeans. These are perfect for that extra warmth whenyou're out running errands. The fit was just right and they launder well. If you work outside in cold weather, you would probablyneed a heavier pant, but for a base layer, they're great.

Great for keeping me warm on my ski trip to Jackson Hole! My favorite part of these was the wicking qualities. They dry super fast and just wick all the sweat straight from your body. They were very comfortable and didn't slide around or anything. Highly Recommend for base layer.
