Crumpled City Map-Barcelona

I just returned from Barcelona and became very attached to this novel map. I was able to fold it easily to track the neighborhood that we were exploring each day. Considering that many of the labeled "streets" are really tiny alleys no more than 15 feet wide, the detail was pretty decent. We did try to find one of the commercial sites described on the side of the map(Melodie Vintage, #8)) and found that it actually did not exist. This was pretty frustrating. However, I loved the light texture and durability and would definitely buy one for our next city adventure.

Purchased as a gift. The recipient was very pleased.

LOVE this idea and the map. Super portable, clearly written and detailed. I will get a Crumpled City Map for any new city I visit.

I lived overseas for 4 years. With an American cell phone. Literally every major carrier offers an overseas option for travel at least. You do not need a satellite phone to travel and have service. Wifi is everywhere, also.

Ich hab den Stadtplan richtig auf die Probe gestellt. Aber auch nach Dutzenden Malen des Zusammenknüllens behält die Crumpled City Map ihre Funktion. Der Kartenausschnitt (Barcelona) umfasst das Stadtzentrum inkl. der darin gelegenen Metro-Stationen. Einen besonderen Vorteil bietet diese Karte in der mobilen Handhabung, so braucht man nur den aktuellen Standort "herausknüddeln" und stopft den ganzen Rest einfach hinten an. Damit ist auch beim Gehen immer ein kleiner Ausschnitt zur Hand, ohne das man vor lauter Stadtplan seine eigenen Füße nicht mehr sieht. + Passt in Hosentasche + Metrostationen enthalten + Wetter-/Getränkefest + Einfachste Handhabung + Im Gehen anwendbar + Tipps/Sights enthaltend - Rückseite unbedruckt (an dieser Stelle würde sich ein Metro-Plan gut machen) - Der Ausschnitt umfasst wirklich nur das Zentrum und ist für Touren in Richtung Berge etc. ungeeignet Aus den eigenen Erfahrungen spreche ich mich hier für eine klare Kaufempfehlung aus. Er ist die perfekte Ergänzung zu einem klassischen Reiseführer.

molto carina, sicuramente resistente, anche all'acqua, ma molte viette non sono nominate e non rappresenta completamente l'intera città: si poteva sicuramente fare di meglio!

I've wanted to try these maps for ages and Barcelona was the ideal opportunity, particularly as it comes with a little drawstring bag that you can loop around your wrist, so you aren't constantly in and out of bag/pocket, a blessing given the high rates of street petty crime here. (Of which my friend and I experienced none.) It didn't disappoint. Durable, easy to read, practical. It just won't appeal to the map perfectionist who likes them beautifully folded.

Excelente calidad de impresión para el material que está hecho este mapa. Es como una tela/papel, como la que se usa en los sobres del correo americano. Creo que será difícil romperlo. Impermeable y muy suave al tacto. Se puede volver a doblar como estaba siguiendo las típicas dobleces, o arrugarlo sin más y meterlo en cualquier bolsillo o rincón de la mochila. Ese es su objetivo.

It’s a great map Like all the ‘Crumpled ‘ series but my husband makes a ha if of losing them on day one of our trip ! Vienna went that way , as did Barcelona - not sure I’ll buy any more !
