Yes this product works. I have had a treable time following a sleep for a long time. I have tried several things. Including regular melatonin. With little success. I found this time release Melatonin. And it will get me to asleep and keep me asleep. If I have a issue with the time release melatonin, it stays with me for about 10 to 12 hours. So when I take one. I started talking it earlier. Around 7pm to 8pm so it will wear off when it is time for me to get up. I was waiting until around 10 pm and I could still feel the effects after I had to get up.

Works well most nights
This works for me most nights. I wake up too early in the morning (like 3:30 or 4) quite frequently if I don't take it, and only infrequently if I do. Regular melatonin doesn't work well for early waking like this formulation. I'm keeping it four stars since I might find a better product for 100% effectiveness. But this works just fine for me 90% of the time and I'm a happy customer.

Stop using a bottle 5x too large!
Not directly related to the melatonin, but when you open the bottle it’s 80% air. ?!?! Could have used a bottle 20% of the size. So use a smaller bottle! It feels more like a rip off and deception when sellers do this vs use filling in a bottle appropriate to the number of tablets. Don’t waste either our shelf or luggage space! Stop being deceptive.
