Tasty and effective
Taste delicious and got me through marathon training and the race itself without any stomach issues.

It workss for me!
I really like this mix. I like the light watermelon flavor. I mix mine with in a 320z bottle which is more than instructed, but it takes out some of the sweetness which is more to my liking. It does not dissolve well in cold water, so I usually put some hot water in the bottom of the bottle pour in the powder, shake it up and then add cold water. I have been using it on rides for more than a year now. It kept my hydrated on my 100-mile ride. The packets are easy to carry and prep at water stops. I recommend it to anyone who runs or cycles or works out hard in the gym.

Too sugary, convenient package
The individual packets are great, but Gatarade is too sugary and not what I want to replenish me while I run. I bought this to use as part of my marathon training because it will be served on course.

Works well, good taste
Fantastic light taste without being too sweet. Good flavor without being too fake-tasting like some of these types of drinks. Good combo of electrolytes, makes me feel hydrated and refreshed after a long run or working outside all day.

Just Great Overall
Good Value, very convenient Packaging, 1 packet to 24 Oz recommended, I have been using in 21 Oz Camelback, mix is perfect for me, dissolves fully very quickly. I put in with just a few Oz of warm/hot water, shake then add my cold water from Fridge dispenser and put in Fridge. Tastes really good to me, is light but like perfect when riding hard, actually does taste a bit like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher, just very faint. Love this Product already.

It's just...OK. Can't really tell if it helped.
So I wanted to try something different than my usual intra-workout drink. I wanted something with calories in addition to the electrolytes. I bought two boxes and after going through them it's just...ok. The value is decent, however, when I got my shipment, one of the packs had been slit a bit and that box's insides was coated in powder, so we're not off to a good start. I'm not trying to bash this product but I'm going to list the reasons why I wont be ordering again: * Harder to mix than my usual * Packages don't always open nicely with bare hands, which is important since I'm doing it on the trail. * My bottle got sticky. Powder gets everywhere and/or if some drops pop out after having to vigorously shake for mixing. * Taste is ok for one-offs, but can get tiresome repeatedly which I don't have issue with on my usual. * I couldn't tell if it helped, tbh, beyond being a thirst quencher. I would use if given to me, but I don't think I'll be buying again.

Great for hiking. Attractive to bears? Not sure.
I use Gatorade in one of my two water bottles while hiking, and recently tried these stronger packets. I cannot tell if they really help more than regular Gatorade, but they taste great, and are very convenient. I do use them in a slightly diluted form - one packet to a quart of water - but I think lots of people drink diluted Gatorade... One other point: I took several packets on a multi-day backpack, and we had to store food in a bear canister. Crammed in with a bunch of other items, one of these packets did spring a leak, but they were all in a baggie, so no damage done. Just be aware this can happen under pressure - and I think one also puffed up while I was flying. It would be better if they compressed more air out of the packets - but that's a small issue. By the way, we did have bears come into camp several times on that trip - but they did not bother the Gatorade. Or maybe that's why they tried to get into the bear canisters!

Doesn’t dissolve
Not sure what’s wrong with mine, but no matter how I try to stir, shake, and mix the powder into my water, it just clumps. Such a waste trying to get this to dissolve.
