The joints are open, dangerous as the hot air seeps thru that too and one can get burnt.
The product does not give unform steam required and can burn as one keeps shifting the face to adjust with the steam intensity but it suddenly gets strong. The joints are also open which are dangerous for normal handling. The tumbler does not tighten alao

Excellent product. Used before two vaporiser. Both were not good in terms of quality of the plastic and the cable provided. One got damaged in few weeks of usage. It was smelling on first few uses. This one has excellent quality of the plastic no smell on usages. Happy to have this for daily usages as Carona pandemic is still there. Almost use daily let's see how long it works. As it looks quality product shoul last long. With a year warranty. Go for it without hesitation.
