For beginners this is the best book for the price you will ever purchase. I have been making wine for over ten years and I still refer to this little gem. I bought this copy to pass on to a buddy!

I have long enjoyed the Storey publications and have many in my library. When we moved into our country home with established grape vines, I began to research Wine-Making techniques and recipes. All I could seem to find, though, were books and articles with confusing and/or incomplete information. It was thoroughly frustrating!Then I found Storey Publications at Amazon and struck gold. This little bulletin contains more information than the several large books I bought combined. Not only does it contain clear, step-by-step instructions, but numerous recipes, and troubleshooting and fixes for when things go wrong.
