Q: How does this "stick"? I would love it if is magnetic, but it doesn't say!

It is magnetic, but the magnets that come with it are very weak. I ended up buying thick heavy-duty magnets at the hardware store and super glued them on the back. That truly is the only complaint I have. I absolutely love this rack.
