Perfect for Daily Reflection
I love this gratitude journal, this is my second one. After finishing my first, I tried a few others, but none of them resonated with me like this one does. I love the four simple questions and that there is no pressure to do it daily. The quotes and affirmations actually make sense and really make you think about what you are grateful for. It helped me realize that even in dark moments, there is always something to be grateful for, including the lessons in the hard times. Looking back at my finished journal was really meaningful, and I am excited to start this one again. It is not cheesy at all, it is thoughtful, takes about five minutes, and I highly recommend it.

I love love love this journal! I was expecting mostly blank pages, but instead every single page has the date and different thought-provoking questions for me answer on each page to help me to develop a gratitude mindset! Excellent!!! It’s clear this journal was created by a health psychologist who knows what she is talking about!! Yes!! I actually just ordered 10 more copes for gifts! Simple & Uplifting
This journal makes it easy to build a daily gratitude habit. The prompts are short and thoughtful, so it only takes a few minutes to fill out, but it really helps shift your mindset in a positive way. The layout is clean, and the size makes it easy to keep on a nightstand or desk. A great tool for mindfulness and self-care.

Helps you think harder
When I'm in a certain season I struggle to be meaningful when thinking about what I'm grateful for. I hit the big things and maybe a couple small things and that's it which doesn't have as big an impact for heart change. This book really helps bc the prompts are unique every day and encourage a deeper look into what you're grateful for and why. Love it.

Meaningful journal - great gift for newbies
Item was for a gift. It’s a fantastic journal for first time journalists because since it asks you questions on its own, it’s not soo hard to start. It elevates questions you might have not thought about asking yourself and creativity in your thoughts. Rather than.. “this is what I did today…not sure about this..excited for this..” it’s more deep questions that will inspire to think deeper and more meaningful entries. —one star off because the packaging wasn’t too great, it must have flip flopped around in the box because the corner was smushed but because the bday party was too soon, I didn’t have time to return and get another one. I would have really liked to though. :)

Easy to follow
I like the idea of the prompts. They repeat themselves after a while but that is ok. Life changes and new experiences happen. I’ll be getting it again when I fill this one up.

Love This!
This is perfect for an end of day quick reflection at bed time. I keep the journal in my nightstand with a pretty pen and complete each night in a few minutes. The prompts are kind of similar at times, but you can write different things on different days that you are grateful for, so that does not take away from the book’s success and allows for unique thoughts of gratitude each day.
