This is a great price, it is nearly on dollar per can cheaper than purchasing at the grocery store.SPAM has great taste and quality standards, we eat quite a bit of it and this size package is just right for our pantry. So easy to prepare and so tasty and versatile!I love SPAM.

Pork with ham and mechanically separated chicken parts (and other flavorings, preservatives). The usual stuff these canned meats are made with. Just a little less sodium. I dont eat this, like ever (ok rarely), but I have no problem with it. I keep it on hand as an ultra convenience food item, and just as a food item period. Long shelf life (acquired 05/2022, and has 2025 date on it). Keep in mind shelf life is not an indication of safety (check out gov websites), but a matter of quality. It just means that if stored well it should maintain same level of quality as day one, after that there may be decline. But it is still good so long as can has not been breached.Try it out in different ways. Frying is nice, or cubing up and adding to whatever is on hand. If you are using it as a food prep/food insurance item, then I imagine it wont matter what you do with it so long as you have it if needed. But it can sure add a lot of flavor to a casserole or one pot meal. If the price is right, go for it. Doesnt matter if it is low sodium or not, if it is being used in a more precarious situation when the added salt will be used up easily.All my cans look great, no dents. Well packaged. I have them tucked away for future (likely near future use).

Good taste and texture

Comes with 12 and convenient, affordable and doesn’t have much salt as the regular ones. It has up to a year to get expired. I normally mixed it with eggs or sandwiches. It reheats pretty well and you can also fry it.

We buy this low sodium Spam now that we have to cut back on salt. To me I am ok with this lower salt. I find that I fry this one more than the regular Spam. Just tastes better this way to me. Hubby can eat it right out of the can. Like numerous reviews have said Spam is a very versatile food( ? ) so far we haven’t had a bad can and hopefully not in the future. Oh and the other reason we buy lower sodium Spam on Amazon it is hard to find in our town.

These are good to keep in pantry. Could be cooked in different ways for different taste and texture.

delicious...tastes like original, but healthier...great value!

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Good to have on hand for when power is out.I like the low sodium better than regular.
