I got exactly what I needed.

My wife purchased some grow lights to start garden seeds under about five years ago and both the ballasts stopped working this spring. The lights were about 180.00 a piece and she bought two of them. As with all things Florescent and LED fixture related there really isn't a lot in the DIY world out there so I searched Amazon and found a ballast to fit the length and number of light tubes in my wife's lights. They arrived quick, no damage, I realized the new ballasts were not wired the same as the old but I was able to wire the new ones after drilling one small hole in the fixture. These have been running daily for about two months now and so far so good. I'd recommend these since I was able to fix two fixtures worth over three hundred dollars for less than a hundred. I think of myself as an above average handyman when dealing with electrical wiring but if you're patient and have your smartphone anyone could do this. Good product so far.

This ballast is an exact match for a discontinued GE ballast that was installed in a fixture I had to repair. Always verify length and wiring diagrams before buying a replacement ballast to make sure you won't have any issues when doing a repair.
