Q: Are all the coasters in the set identical, or is there any 'natural' variation to the design?

They are all identical, but are absolutely lovely I bought both colours and they have been used a lot and still look new Everyone who comes loves them and not one person has commented that they look the same.

Q: do these coaster stick to cups/glasses when drinking cold drinks & when you lift up?

Simple answer no. I’ve not had that issue.

Q: Are the base of the coaster non-slip?

They have a cork base and don’t slip at all.

Q: when cup or glass is wet does the coaster get stuck and lift up with the drink?

No, I’ve never experienced the coaster being stuck to the bottom of the cup/mug/glass
