Superficial scratches on the surface. Does not change the look up the product when hanging on a tree
This ornament is nice enough. Lots of scratches on the surface, but that doesn't matter to me.

Printing is mediocre
The ornament was a nice shape but the printing on it could be rubbed off. I don't think it will wear well.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. The colors were so light you could hardly see the design.

doesn't really look like the picture
The photo of the ornament shown by the seller has much better definition in the "reflection" part of the skyline than the ornament that I received. In half of the skyline, there is no reflection at all. Really disappointed in the quality of the image on this ornament.
