Just what I needed
I work in a fishing boat and not much space to workout!Don’t think you can do all the exercises it says you can without buying longer bands, but it does what I need!Been using for 2 weeks and have not had any issues!!!

I’ve had 3 bands break in the last month of owing it. This is a cheaply made product and should be on recall

Bands are too short if you are a larger person...
I'm a larger person and this is probably more for an average sized person. Hate to write a review, but just felt like others should know that probably not meant for anyone that wears a size 42 jacket... so maybe 10 years ago this would have worked, but not these days. Too bad because this was exactly what I was looking for.

One awesome workout equipment
It really works. It’s like have your own weight set with out all the extra equipment taking space in your home. So many ways to use it and it really dose what it suppose to do. With all three band the resistance is really hard it feels like ur actually lifting weights.
