Wondering if the beeswax and butter should be 50/50 by weight or measure ?Wondering if you clean the beeswax/butter pan or put it in freezer for next time to reuse ?Do you have to use alcohol in the recipe?Love all the pictures and how the steps are broken down. Thinner and bigger book than I expected. It is helpful in the kitchen and while making them with my toddler.

I love this book. This book is very useful and i love it so much. Highly recommend to all caneles lover.

Molds are great but the packaging is out of control.

The content is much within my expectation and it includes lots of tips to bake canneles. However the book is lesser page than I thought, very few pages in total.

I'm a terrible baker, but following the recipe in the book, I made canneles that were crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside! The instructions are easy to follow and the photos are beautiful. We keep ours on the coffee table!

Scott Davis spent months perfecting the cannele and I could not wait until he published a book about the subject. He truly knows what he is talking about and hope he continues experimenting with canneles and sharing his knowledge. Beautiful photos with great instructions.

Great resource for first time cannele makers! Goes through the details of what kind of forms to use, how to treat them, and of course includes a recipe.

Instructions are clearly written. I have not yet made the canneles as I wanted to get the books instructions before I bought baking containers. Loo

Author suggests that only copper pans provide great results. Wrong. There are metal pans available that perform extremely well. These metal pans, with 12 cups, are far more affordable than the copper pans.

More of a booklet than anything else.It wasn't exactly what i was looking for.
