Hello Julie, We do offer this product in tablet form now which does not contain corn. Regarding the liquid corn ingredients, our understanding from the manufacturer of the Erythritol is that there are no corn based proteins in the product at all (and from an allergen standpoint, proteins are what get measured to determine technically whether or not an element is "in" an ingredient).Here is a statement from the company on it (in response to my inquiry of them below): "Your assumption is correct. There is no corn or traces of "corn" in the product despite the fact that it's derived from corn cobs as a feedstock."Hi Matt,We're using your Erythritol in one of our products. In regards to allergens and corn, can you provide me a statement? Currently my label states that the "Product Contains NO: corn" is that true or due to your Erythritol being derived from corn, do I need to remove that statement in case someone has an allergy.I think I was under the impression that there are no corn proteins in the product, so it does not technically contain corn even though it is derived from corn, but I'd like to have a statement from your team if you have one please.Thanks I hope this helps some - but I suppose it depends upon how extreme and serious your allergy is, as to whether or not you want to experiment with the Erythritol ingredient or not. You may wish to speak with your doctor about it.
