Q: Can this be used to siphon from one growler to another?

Absolutely, it's ideal for this!

Q: Good product, I have 2, but have managed to loose the little caps that goes on the end of the tube. Is there a way to get replacements?

I'd look at the page where you ordered them, there's usually a seller page at the top, they may be able to help.. it really only matters when 1st or possibly 2nd rack to keep sediment out but I try to avoid the bottom anyway.. Have slipped and stirred up sediment making the cap useless.
