I don't see why not. I have not done it. I wouldn't put them in the washer and dryer but I don't see why you couldn't rinse them with mild soap and lay them flat to dry.

Q: how long does a 340 last

About 3 to 4 months at best. I walk 15+ miles 6 days a week.

Q: Are these good to use in soccer shoes?

I don't see why not...I have them in tennis and golf shoes.

Q: Do u have to take the original insole out of the shoe or do u put the dr scholls on top of it

I have larger feet (124E) and it would have been very "high" to add the 3/4" of these inserts. I took my originals out and replaced them with these. But the inserts are short, so the front of my feet now lack any padding. It's not great. I'll try it the other way too. I wish their website didn't look like a bogus fly by night software site and had actually useful product information or contact links to answer these really basic questions. I know they're not shady, but you wouldn't know it from trying to find their product information beyond how totally awesome everything they make is.
