Q: Can this watch waterproof ?

No. I wouldn't risk it. I think it us supposed to be water resistant, but I also think some of them may not be perfect quality. I had gotten my watch wet reaching into a bucket of melting ice. It still worked, but it showed moisture under the glass for a few days.

Q: Does this watch have a seconds hand. It says it does in the description but I don't see it in the pict or video?

It's a lovely watch..But no second hand.

Q: Do all the crystals stay in place over time?

I've had this watch since July and have worn it a lot. The crystals have stayed in place and it is still as perfect as the day I received it.
