Screw came off so as the belt said good bye to the buckle. By the way I am not particularly a fat man.

Lovely belt - poor design and held by two small screws and one fell out after a few weeks.Now unusable and very disappointed.

One use as in you'll only get to use it once. The buckle is held in by two tiny pins - they have screw heads, but they don't screw into anything besides the leather. What could go wrong? Well, see other reviews for photos, and be warned.
