Qualia Night - Sleep Support

I just received my second bottle of Qualia Night. I do not take them every day…but I take them often and on the days that I do, my sleep is deeper and of better quality than without Qualia.

excellent for anxiety and more effective than any other ashwaganda projects. It’s more effective especially when you take daily, than antidepressants and anti anxiety’s. I find all their supplements excellent. They are expensive but you can tell over consistency, that you can feel the benefits.

Qualia's formulas are among the most expensive money can buy. But, if you actually take the time to read the ingredients, there is not enough of any one ingredient in here to be effective. Why 50 mg of Magnesium, when most magnesium supplements are 2000 mg per night. It's pure profit, and low qualia... I mean quality. Someone is laughing all the way to the bank on these formulas. Do yourself a favor. If you like this product, go buy the top 6 ingredients from another supplier and you will have 10X as much at 1/4 the cost.

When I take two of these along with two of "NIGHT", I get a good restful sleep.

Only been taking a couple of nights but it seems to have a difference on the quality of sleep. Not so much tossing and turning. Feeling more well rested when I wake up.

You can't really argue with folk who don't feel anything and are a bit disappointed but you also can't argue that your HRV stats improve markedly. For me, I tend to see a 25% improvement in my HRV score when I do take it. Like anything, if you take this every day you get dimishing returns, hence the bottle recommends a 5/2 (on/off) cycle.

I tried Qualia Night for over 12 months and noticed no significant difference in my sleep quality (tracked via Apple Watch and Pillow app). My sleep debt (tracked by Rise sleep app) has never hit zero either. It is mildly relaxing however, but I just don’t think it has the right concentrations of supplements to work. 150mg of Ashwagandha is very low, most studies of KSM-66 use 600mg, and 50mg of L-Theanine is also low. I suspect Qualia Night is a mixture of lots of different supplements most at suboptimal dosage. They say it’s complex systems science but it doesn’t seem to work for me sadly!

Its good when you need to unwind from work or could be for any stress related get you into relax. Its a slow evening release so still can finish some topics before bed.

I tried this one week on and one week off and at first noticed a slight improvement in deep sleep scores. After a few more weeks tge diffetences dissapeared. My sleep score was not improved. Expensive supplement for no effect.

Best ever natural sleep product I have ever tried.
