Fits smaller box sets, thicker plastic. Good quality. Kinda big on a double album but serves the purpose.

I'm somewhat new to vinyl collection and preservation so I may have chosen the wrong size for my only box set (so far) but it still works very nicely. They are extremely easy to use, the edges are NOT sharp and the plastic doesn't easily crease. The transparency is decent but isn't crystal clear like some others, but this could be due to the thickness. I guess my only "con" would be that they arrived rolled-up in a mailing box instead of packaged. I want to stress that this had ZERO effect on the product upon arrival. Had the box got wet however, it could be a different story. I included a photo of a box set sleeved-up next to the same set going raw.

Protected my album book just fine

I am far from a compulsive sleever, but some of the box sets that I own (*cough* MoFi 1 Steps) are worth hundreds of dollars each and I was concerned about the amount of rubbing that they were getting sitting naked on my shelf. These sleeves work perfectly for that application. They fit the MoFi 1 step sets like a glove and are thick enough to withstand the rubbing wear that would otherwise be marring the box. My only minor complaint is that these are a tad over-priced. I understand that these are extreme specialty items, but the current going-rate of $15 for 5 sleeves seems a bit overboard even given that. Still, these are high quality, thick mil plastic and I will continue to purchase them in the future to protect my valuable box sets.
