Best phone I ever had

This cellphone was in a very good condition. It was easy to turn on and operate. It had no scratches and anything.

I ordered two of these (for me and my husband) both were supposed to be Blue. One was actually black. We have covers so it's not that big of a deal for us, but glad these are great quality and looks pretty darn new to me! I've had this model before. Charges fast with fast chargers. Timelines (except there are no more updates to the phones software anymore). Nice to hold and packaged very nicely.My only other complaint is my phone screen seems to not press on stuff the first time everytime. It only happens sometimes on certain apps. I'll have to check the pressure settings and hopefully that can fix it. Other than that, it's good. 😁

I just activated my note9 yesterady and it was just like a new phone im so pleased,i know its been just one day but its been working perfectly, i wasn't sure to buy it online i had a very bad experience with one that i bought from target refurbished and they make me deal with the company that refurbished cause the phone screen was green and they never helped me and i lost my money ,but im so glad this one its been working perfecf

I ordered this refurbished iPhone, for my mother. It arrived, it was charged, a Sim card was placed in it. However the volume did not properly work on this phone. The ear speaker was just barely audible. The volume was so low you could barely hear it in a quiet environment. We tried everything to turn the volume up, and nothing worked. I suspect that the speaker and earpiece had water damage and that's why the phone was in the used market. Cellmigo claims to screen all their phones 100% prior to selling. This is total malarkey they didn't check this phone. So I initiated a return. I printed out the label and I purchased a bubble padded envelope to return this item. Celmigo got the phone back, but they claimed that one of the corners of the phone had a crack in the glass. They then returned the phone to me and processed a $0 refund no, the phone was $212 with tax. Packing it in a bubble wrap envelope to return it wasn't the smartest way to pack it. It may very well have gotten one of the corners broken in the shipping process. It wasn't broken when I packed it. However, a refurbished phone that retails for $200 is not something that a seller would invest money in repairing. The entire phone is glued together. It's a big deal getting it apart. The speaker that you listen to when you talk on the phone is an internal speaker and cost about $100 to have replaced. It's doubtful that Cellmingo even has that much money wrapped up in the phone that they're selling for $200. If they had gotten the phone back with no crack in the screen, they would've just thrown it in the trash. Once they discovered that the speaker is not working properly, it wouldn't be worth fixing on a refurbished phone of this age. Instead of admitting this, and issuing a refund, they decided to sidestep the issue. Ignore the original problem of why it was being sent back and just focus on the fact that there was a crack in the corner of the screen, which is completely irrelevant. If this was a $1500 iPhone it would be very relevant because it would be worth fixing that phone. How long for a galaxy note 9 in mint condition nearest is only worth $200. I'm very disappointed in the seller for not issuing a refund. I'm in the process of getting a refund through Amazon with her A-Z guarantee. I'm just appointed that they're not able to force the seller to give a refund. However, A-Z guarantee claims against a seller, do impact their relationship with Amazon. Do yourself a favor don't buy anything refurbished from this outfit.

My original Samsung Note 9 that I ordered and had to wait for when they first came out went down with a green screen and I cannot use it now. Until I get it repaird, I have had such GOOD luck with Amazon's refurbished electronics so I bought this. I can't tell it apart from my original one I bought brand new. Amazon, I am VERY fussy and also a tech but no time. You do a GREAT job!

I recently broke the screen on my old Note 9, and since it costs the same price to repair the screen, I figured I'd get a new phone. I was expecting a slightly scuffed up phone that would give me some problems with setting up but no. It was BRAND NEW. Not a single scratch anywhere. Nothing on it looked even a little bit used. Although it didn't come in it's original packaging, but that doesn't really matter to me. Battery life so far has been terrific. Right now it's 6 PM and I took my phone off the charger this morning at 7 AM. I forgot my phone used to last this long! My old Note 9 I've had for 3 years drops to about 20-40% around this time of the day. The stylus and fingerprint readers have given me no issues. The audio is great. It's charging fine. The cameras are in perfect condition. I have nothing negative to say.I'm so so happy and highly recommend the seller "thegadgetdeals" if you're going to get a phone from Amazon renewed.

I love my phone! It had tons and tons of storage. I never run out of data or storage.
