Soooo, this is by far the best flour I've had the privilege of tasting in my life thus far. The taste is simply delicious and the texture was surprisingly fluffy (which i loved). I purchase bread off on from a local bakery that uses organic milled flours and this still is far superior in taste and texture and those were the best breads I had tasted up until yesterday when I ate my baked loaf using this flour. Was low-key blown away by the taste and how I felt eating it, I was like what the hell are these other flour companies doing??? And I purchase exclusively high quality, organic, unbleached, etc. etc. Bottom line this flour is a no brainer, would highly highly recommend purchasing. Oh! One last thing, fermented these for a little under 24 hours prior to baking, had 0 bloating or digestion issues at all. Happy with the results. Happy with my purchase.

Im so impressed with the texture of the bread that i made with the Sunrise Mills bread flour and the whole wheat pastry flour. It was 3 or 4 g of fiber (ingredients say 3g for 1st and 4g for 2nd). The bread wasn't heavy as other ww pastry flours and blends with the ww pastry flour. I think it was the best bread I ever made and my family said so too. I just wish there could be a little better deals on the shipping cost.

Just made my first sourdough loaf with this flour. It turned out beautifully. Tastes good too. Reminds me of the bread my Italian grandmother used to make in the 1960’s. She would only use Robin Hood flour and her bread was amazing. I’ve been using King Arthur but I’m now switching to this Sunrise brand. Excellent!

Wonderful bread flour. Love that it is organic and heritage. This means I have no concerns with any negative reactions to my bread. The bread is flavorful and tender. I use it both in my bread machine and in my sourdough baking. Highly recommend. Love that it supports also a family business.

Best flour I have ever baked with and very gentle on sensitive tummies. Some gluten sensitive friends enjoy this, as well.

Made GF Cinnamon Rolls this morning, Best Ever!!!

I am gluten intolerant, and I'd been told in the past that I might be able to tolerate heritage wheat. I was unwilling to take the chance at the time. After over a decade of eating gluten-free bread products, I decided to try this out. I got the 2.5# bag of bread flour and made a loaf of bread and pizza crust. I suffered no ill effects and the taste and texture are amazing, better than the bread I used to make. The price is comparable to the gluten-free flours, so buying & using Sunrise flour is absolutely worth it for me. I'm so happy I can eat wheat again, as long as I am making the food with this flour. I will continue to eat gluten-free outside my own home, and make gluten-free food for others who can't eat gluten. People diagnosed with celiac should be very careful about experimenting with any kind of wheat, because that's not the same as gluten intolerance. I have just received my 5# bags of bread flour and all-purpose flour and signed up for a subscription on each. I will update my review as necessary, and will review each of the Sunrise products as I try them. I hope Amazon starts stocking all of them, because Prime delivery doesn't cover all the products they list. The Sunrise website offers products that you can't get through Amazon, and although shipping is not free, it's very reasonable.
