A premium grade Dragon Well, harvested before the mid-April Grain Rain, has a lighter and sweeter flavour than the later crop.
Beautiful sword sharp, bright green color, and refreshing aroma. Brighter in colour and more pleasantly gentle floral aroma than ordinary Dragon Well.
Hand-flattened jade-green leaves create a clear, yellowish green infusion with a distinctive bittersweet taste with a subtle floral banquet that lingers on the tongue.

As 2015 spring tea, our tea have slightly "snow" in the name because of the profusion of downy buds.
Brewing Instruction: First steeping: Rinse to remove "snow" if needed. 3-5 grams of fine tea leaves with 6 fl oz. water (170-190° F), and brew for 3-5 mins. Re-steeping: The leaves are good for 5 infusions. Add a little more time for each subsequent infusion. *It's best to use a transparent glass so that you can see the dance of the leaves as they unfurl and swirl around in the water. This is a beautiful way to appreciate your tea! Caffeine Content: Low Shelf Life: 18 months Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal after use.
