Chord Buddy Guitar Tools (CBHOLIDAY)

I suffered a stroke a few years ago,and used to be a guitar player, the stroke left me with severe ataxia on my left side,thus unable to play the guitar. This gadget has given me the ability to play a vast number of songs because of its D C G Em configuration!!!! I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE IT!

I like the idea behind this. After getting it put on the guitar and trying to learn I eventually gave up. I struggled to find the right pressures and adjustments necessary to use this properly. It may have just been me. I'm nowhere near musically inclined and bought the guitar on a whim to try something new and it didn't work out.

This product arrived with a missing rubber leg (see pic) and it does not fit the guitar without modifying the guitar nut (have to file the edges of the nut to get it to fit). Good concept but very poor execution.

Perhaps it is me but manual doesnt quite show exactly how to mount it on the neck. One detailed picture would have been nice for exact position, angle, etc.Not for smaller guitars. Fit onto Baby Taylor but only 3 chords can be played. So, ideally you want to have small children to start playing but it doesnt fit well on smaller guitars.Otherwise, what a great device!!!

Daughter wouldn't play guitar because her fingers would hurt, after we got chord buddy she started learning and loving this, easy books, and fun!

Great product and service. Highly Recommended.

Second one i purchased. Would have been 5 stars but came as a Holiday Edition which means the song book is all Christmas songs. I would have returned it if i didnt already have another book.
