Ordered for my dad- he’s been asked to have protein shake everyday by his doctor and finds protein powders very difficult to digest.This product has been great for him- tasty and good quality and high in proteinReasonably priced tooHe can carry it while travelling also

I opened my first bottle out of the 24 of chocolate flavour and it was all curlded up like a solid solution. I blamed it on Delhi's cold and let it rest at room temperature for a day. I opened it the next day and it started smelling the milk went bad like it was made of fata hua dudh.The next 3 or 4 bottles of different flavours were alright in liquid form and ok to taste but the look of the insides of the first bottle has just turned me off this brand now. I still have 20 bottles remaining and I keep wondering if any of them have gone bad or not.I'm a regular consumer of aquatein and was looking for more flavours and type of protein but alas. I wonder who will pay me for the one's gone bad.

Overall products are good, I purchased 2x6 packs and consumed it over a period of 10 days. However 2 out of the 12 pieces were having packaging defects. They were only of the chocolate flavour.Received total of 4 chocolate Flavoured bottles in the 12 pieces. The first onw was fineAfter a few days I checked the second one as I was also using the strawberry and coffee flavours.The second chocolate pack was damaged and the taste was also slightly off so I discarded it.I thought it may be a one off piece and ignored again after another day I took the third chocolate pack and that too was damaged with the lid slightly peeled off from the sealing.It smelt different and inside the milk was all curdled up.I called customer service to report this but they said if there's any packaging issues we should report it within a specific number of days and that I will not get any replacement or compensation for this as the time period has passed.I mentioned to her that I am not going to consume all the 12 packs within the time frame mentioned and was taking it as per my daily requirements of protein supplement.I hope they will ensure that the packaging is checked prior to dispatch as this is not a handling issue but a production and quality issue.Other packs were good and worth the buy.

I purchased Protein milk shake pack of 24 bottles out of which three bottles are coagulated and unfit to drink. I wrote to grievances cell but they refused to help. I have no email id of Amazone customercare. Where should I report? Minakshi Shrivastava

We have been regular customer and having been ordering shakes from phab on regular bases. Sometimes taste of shakes turn stale or sour unlike it's regular taste.I have attached the batch number of the particular bottle.

The media could not be loaded. So i bought a 6 pack... of which 3 were good and 3 were curdled. It was a horrible experience on amazon especially when you are spending soo much for the drink. The drink as such is good and helps with meeting protein requirement and is very tasty. But i wud suggest buy it from a store rather than amazon cause the half the product is faulty
