This is my go-to for Vitamin B-1. During covid, I lost my sense of smell, and I read that low Vitamin B-1 and B-12 could be an issue. Love these I take 2 half droppers every morning. It helps my digestion among other things.

The cap was not connected to the dropper, and I had to pry the dropper out of the bottle with a tool.
