Nice window tint
Brand "SW" 80% ceramic tint 20"x10' . Very light and almost not able to see window is tinted. My stock windows are very slightly baby blue colored so this addition isnt easy to see. I did only the drivers side window. Installation was ok, but this was my second attempt, and its not perfect. If you want perfect go see the pro installer. This 2nd attempt is really nice however. Use lots of water. The old tint removed easily by just peeling it away from the glass, but the tint was in place only about 2 months. Follow the instructions, but a lot is going on when installing this stuff, so for a non-pro they should not expect pro results. Good temp reduction and i'll know soon about uv reduction (i have uv cards ready for test).

Works well on home windows
Installed the film on skylight windows. Putting them on windows high up was a bit of a challenge using one pair of hands on top of a ladder. There’s adhesive on the film and it sticks firmly. The tint is a very light blue grey, transmits most of the day light through but indeed helps to reduce the heat in the room. For a clear non-mirror finish on windows this film is excellent.

Poor performance
Easy enough to install. I am A mechanical type person, so super easy. However it was installed on a bedroom window that faces the morning sun. Incredible heat coming through the glass. I purchased this in hopes to cut that heat down. I maybe had a 15-20 percent decrease in heat. This stuff is pretty much worthless. Don’t waste your money here.

Works for RZR xp1000 windshild
Used it to protect SXS windshield. its a little hard to cut and kinda difficult to install. make sure you have AS MUCH WATER AS POSSIBLE out when squeegeeing. otherwise the bubbles dont go away.

Great tint, beats paying $300 for a ceramic install
This tint does exactly what I want it to, and that is: it blocks a ton of heat without looking aftermarket. On old vehicles with big windows, I strongly dislike the look of heavily tinted glass, but the big windows tend to let so much heat in, you bake in the sun. This 80% tint blocks the heat from the sun while looking factory. The jury was out on wether or not it worked until I got stuck in traffic in the desert. The sun was shining right on my face through the window and barely felt warm, but as soon as I rolled the window down I felt the full force of what was being blocked by the tint. It was at least a 70% reduction in heat. For that I will call it a total success. 1 10ft roll is technically enough to do one truck (3 windows)

Awesome
Worked great. Easy to install. Definitely helped with heat reduction.

Okay. Heat rejection seems less than claimed.
I did a quick test of this 80% VLT (46% TSER claimed) film next to a piece of 35% VLT (43% TSER claimed) by temporarily adhering both to my windshield and parking in sun. I measured the temperature of my black dashboard after 15 mins and 2 hours in the sun. This 80% film reduced the dashboard temperature by approximately 10 degrees. The 35% film reduced it by approximately 20 degrees. Supposedly they have about the same TSER value, so I would have expected both films to have similar results. However, this film only had half the heat reduction of the darker film. Keep in mind, the area without any film was at 155 degrees after two hours. The 80% and 35% were at 146 and 135 respectively. So, this will help a little, but it's not going to make your vehicle feel cool if you have to park in the sun. I decided to use this anyway because it does provide some benefit, just not as much as I hoped. It would be interesting to see how this compares to something like 3M crystalline if I could find a sample to test with.

Doesn't seem to block 99% of UV
I bought this specifically because of its claim to block 99% of UV rays. According to a UV detector I have at home, this film only blocks something like 70%-90% of UV - less effective than my Z87.1+U6 safety glasses or even ordinary window glass. I imagine this won't be a problem for most people, but it matters to me because (1) my skin is very sun-sensitive and gets a rash after even a small amount of UV exposure, and (2) I was planning to use this to UV-proof a surface that was made of clear PETG rather than glass, and thus didn't have much of its own UV-blocking properties.
