The UTWS1 is an MMCX connector. These take a 2-pin connector. So no, not without an adapter.

Q: Are they flush enough for sleeping?

They’re very comfortable to wear, and fit very securely in your ear (they won’t fall down), but, there are better options if you plan to rest your ear on your pillow while sleeping (you would need to look for really low profile earphones).. I’ve fallen asleep with ‘old school’ Sony’s (90’s Type). These don’t protrude outside your ear. I hope my observations help.

Q: What size should I buy for Dekoni ear tips? 3mm or 4.9mm?

4.9 but i strongly recommend the rha dual density tips. I have both. I use large size cause they run closer to medium in the foam tips. But nozzle size for most iems float around 5mm.
