1, Silicon dioxide needs to be removed , yes its difficult to manufacture supplements without a flow agent but its very bad for the gut 2. People like me take 3-4 pills of this supplement in the morning , so the added Vitamin C dose goes to very high amounts , the manufacturer needs to reduce it to 1/3rd of its present value per capsule 3. Magnesium is a cofactor for absorption of B vitamins , so some magnesium glycinate in it would be helpful.

This Methylated B Complex & C is essential for every Asian (and every Indian, needless to say). The B complex is basis for so many bodily functions and most Indians are deficient and face health disorders due to it. Another factor is the it helps with the methylation which supports the MTHFR gene and its related gene group functions and supports metabolism and various bodily functions. Close your eyes and go for it. I would recommend this to any one looking for a good B complex.

Good for stress and B12 deficiency

I don't trust the brand that much (mainly cause I haven't heard of it before, and the unregulated nature of the Nutraceutical industry), but bought it nonetheless cause it's the only active B complex I could find, containing active B6, B9, & B12, with not much high dose. Would have preferred if the high dose vitamin C was eliminated. I just wanted the B vitamins. Taking vitamin C and vitamin B12 at the same time can reduce the amount of vitamin B12 that's absorbed. Will update again after consuming for a month.
