This mix is not really for watching calories is it? This is a treat for me so I go ahead and consume one whole 8 inch waffle, and with real maple syrup................ummmmmmm good.

Q: How many boxes of mix does this include for the money?

Price is for 1 it seems. Go to any supermarket I have seen this for $2.00, $2.50, and $2.99 depending on the store. I live in Boston, MA. I regularly shop at Market Basket its $2.00 or Stop & Shop its $2.50 for the same 28oz box. This price is RIDICULOUS.

I only add water and they’re still great!

Q: Are they super crispy and crunchy even after they cool down?

I think that really depends on how long you cook them and whether you stack them after cooking or cool them as single waffles. The moisture released has a great impact on crispness. I don’t care for mine crunchy , prefer soft and pillowy.
