My favorite journal and how it's fared after a year of daily use
I am very impressed. I do bullet journaling and have/used many different journals. After lots of research, I chose this one and I'm glad I did. It hits the points for everything I want/need. Firstly, it comes in a very nice box and is obviously packed with love. Pages are a bright white and are thick and sturdy. There are three bookmarks, index, pen test, pretty much everything I need in a notebook. The cover seems like it would be dented easily as there are already indentations from the bungy that keeps it closed but this doesn't really matter to me. Overall, very happy and impressed. Haven't started using it yet but I know I'll be very happy with it.Update: 12/3/21I've used this journal almost everyday for a year now and this is definitely my favorite bullet journal. I am extremely picky and have a really hard time wanting to keep the same journal for an extended period of time. I usually use one for a few months and then it ceases to spark joy for me and so I find a different one. This one has kept me very happy with it for over a year now and I would absolutely buy it again. While it isn't perfect, it's pretty darn close and the only two issues are pretty understandable given that I've opened and closed this book countless of times for almost 365 days. It's traveled with me and has been used a lot. The pages have been sturdy and are just so wonderfully thick. I used a lot of markers in it and there was only the slightest of ghosting every so often and it was pretty minimal considering how much I've filled the pages. The pages feel so good to write on. Really smooth and good quality. The pocket was very handy and I used it a lot. The pen loop is always great to have. The cover has held up really well although I can't see how the material would've been because I always cover my journals up with stickers. My only issues were that a lot of the bindings split. It started splitting on the first page between the front cover and the start of the journal. I remedied this by using washi tape. There are several more splits where the threads that bind the book have loosened. The elastic that keeps the journal closed wore through a bit at the top but again, I've used this a lot. I would still buy this journal again a thousand times and highly recommend it.

The Best Bujo!!!!
I loooove this journal. Now, let me just say I researched A LOT of A5 journals before landing on this one. And I was pretty happy with my A5 from Walmart, honestly! But THIS is the grid dot for me from now on. The pages are thick but not too stiff. I even bought more markers, colored pencils and yes, watercolor paints!- because the pages of this journal can definitely take whatever you dish out. There is an index and 2 pen test pages AND a "key" page already! The pages are numbered but they are faint (I'm assuming so your pics and designs look cleaner), so I just fill mine in with a pen. There are 3 beautiful ribbons and the strap to gold it closed is still nice and taught even with use.The cover is thick and sturdy and buttery material. The color is gorgeous.Seriously, I can not say enough good things about this journal, I will be buying again and again.I would recommend "breaking in" your journal gently, I did notice the binding on mine distorting a bit while breaking mine in, but I was probably applying too much pressure. Honestly this one doesnt seem to need the prep the average bujo does anyway, the pages lay flat. For someone whose life revolves around my bullet journal, this product effects my day to day life and I am very happy with this purchase! Thank you!

Excellent quality. Highly recommended.
This is the best dotted bullet journal I have found after six years of bullet journaling and lots of looking. The quality is impeccable. It comes in an A-5 size, which is a convenient size to carry anywhere. It has a stitched binding that lasts and does its job well. The pages turn easily and never fall out. It has pages that lie flat, dots that are unobtrusive yet clear and easy to see, and a smooth, pleasant faux-leather hard cover available in a number of pretty color choices. It has an elastic band in a coordinated color to keep the journal secure, a pen loop, three place-marking ribbons in different coordinated colors, and a page opposite the inside front cover for "this journal belongs to" information. In the front it has a KEY page for symbols and signifiers and three pages for an index, and in the back it has two facing pages for pen tests and a sturdy envelope attached to the back cover. In addition, it has 200 blank, dotted, numbered pages (100 sheets) of 140 gsm white paper that thankfully does not seem to be coated. The pages work well with pens and markers, such as, Sharpie 0.4 mm felt tip pens, Sakura Pigma Micron 08 and Graphic 01 pens, Fudenosuke soft-tip Calligraphy brush pens, and Tombow dual brush pens in colors. The Pilot GS-07 and the Sharpie S-Gel 07 also work fine, but at times I notice smudging.I have had no bleeding or ghosting, except rarely when I have heavily layered my colors. There is another edition of this journal that costs more and has thicker 160 gsm paper for those who need it. I use brush pen colors throughout, and I haven't needed to purchase a journal with thicker paper. There are only two things about this journal that I wish to change: The page numbers are slightly too small for me to read, so I would like slightly bigger page numbers. The page color seems to be more of an off-white than a true white, and I would much prefer a true white page color.I have found nothing of this impeccable quality anywhere else. The book holds together through all you throw at it, the dots line up with the opposite page perfectly, it includes stickers and a pretty box for the journal, and the price is reasonable. I recommend giving it a try.
