Working as expected, using from last 15 days no issues, good service

The CPU I received was very slow. It takes a very long time to boot. The applications take a very long time to open. The responsiveness is bad( if I click the start icon it takes a lot of time for the start window to open).I called new jaisa support team to initiate as return ( as they have mentioned in their website - 14 days return no questions asked). They told me to connect with support team to rectify the problem. They connected via anydesk and checked. The support person couldn't solve the problem and said this is the maximum he can do. Hence I asked for a return and refund. They said it is not possible as I bought through Amazon! When I contacted Amazon help centre, they asked me to get a ' service deny letter' from the seller. So I call the seller again and ask for the same...they put my call on hold for a very long time and finally I got frustrated and cut the call.Wondering how the seller has so many positive reviews? They offer you any one of the following items for a review:1. Mcaffe anti virus2. Warranty extension3. Laptop bag.Amazon's role: before the purchase inches what a renewed item is, Amazon has mentioned 'unused or mildly used product is refurbished by Amazon qualified supplier to Fully working condition.'This specific line made me buy this product.But,The product didn't seem to be unused or mildly used( I'm guessing it has been used more than 10 years)The product definitely is not in fully working condition, if we take the performance into consideration .

I have started and using from last 1month. It is working good more than my expectations. No lagging for big size software. It can be use for designing and gaming.Awesome product 👍

They only use cheap quality of equipment and sell it in cheapest price.. Within 6 month this cpu got many problems and still I'm facing it.. Screen problem and then power supply problem then motherboard problem.. After complete 6 months warrant.. All these problems you will have to handle your own.. They just make you wait till warranty period and keeps waiting you but they never replace your product..
