Love this camera!

Works well underwater and takes OK snaps on land.
Works well underwater and takes OK snaps on land. Photos were 4160x3120 and averaged 5.5Mb in the JPG format used. Didn't handle sunsets very well or any backlit photos. I was impressed by the video quality for such a small camera (Resolution: 1920x1090, Frame rate: 29.970029, Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)) which gave a 1 minute video at 132Mb storage.

You need this camera!
I recieved my camera today and i couldnt be more excited! It is a great camera! Underwater and gorgeous 😳❤️❤️❤️ I mean how could you beat the value or the price! I cant wait to go swimming this weekend. It is lightweight and durable. It is rechargable and comes with a wrist strap.

Firstly: the image quality is not great by any stretch of the imagination. I'm a semi-pro photographer and am unfairly comparing it to my DSLR's. The images are grainy, suffer from over compensation of noise reduction and overall just not great. They're perfectly adequate, but will not wow you. But, having said that, this thing is $100. It's bright yellow. It's water and drop resistant (maybe -proof). It's a good purchase that I don't regret at all. I bought it as a gift to my two-year old daughter, her first camera. And she loves it. The color is fun, and the thing is super easy to use. It's a fantastic first camera.

Not great for the beach.
Works fine in a pool or out of the water. The buttons got stuck 2 times with sand when using at the beach. After 2 days of using at the beach the camera broken due to moisture inside the camera.

Bought this for my cruise fell in the water no problems. Takes great pictures well worth the money!

The camera itself works great. Decent zoom and clear pictures. It didn't come with an instruction booklet (you can find it online) and I didn't realize that there wasn't much internal memory. You have to buy a separate memory card if you want to take more than 24 pictures. Also, it doesn't float so you need additional accessories for that.
