Well this is a decent fish sauce in this price range. Considering that it is not an ingredient of Indian cuisine, itâs difficult to find it in just any shop and so i had to opt for amazon. I havenât really tried any âauthenticâ fish sauce yet, but from what iâve read and heard bout the flavor, this one DOES smell like fermented fishđ the odor might be overwhelming for some, so you know this is real. Although the color is light, like black tea, so i think there could be better ones out there but expensive for us. I can handle a much stronger and pungent flavor, so iâll keep searching. But try this if youâre new and if the strong fishy smell makes you puke lmao. Iâm soon going to try kimchi with this.
