Q: what is the expiration date on the package?

Usually, it takes a year if the package is unopened. Oxygen will break down the threads.

Q: Can you use it on the turkey neck?

You can, but it can be a bit tricky. I'd get the shortest threads. (For neck a micro needle pen is quite effective.)

Q: What if the 90cog is too long is that a problem?

I'll be honest, you shouldn't do this yourself! There are blood vessels and nerves in the face that dermatologist and estheticians are careful about. I hit a blood vessel under my eye doing threads for undereye hollowness and it not only hurt like heck,it bled quite a bit. I had a bruise under my eye for a week. If you damage a nerve in your face it can be permanent. There is always a risk of infection too.
