Q: does it has the installation package ? Screws, washer , etc?

It has only assembly parts for the fan but not the mounting screws or bolts themselves to mount it. Application would make the difference in mounting surface would determine mounting hardware. Mine is mounted by lag screws to a wooden wall as an example. W. O. B.

Q: What are its dimensions with the wall mount?

Wall mount dimensions 12.5 inches length & width 2 inches it extends from wall 13 inches not including fan including fan 24 inches

Q: It says in manual not to get it wet - or even touch it with wet hands - yet you say it can get wet in the ad. What the heck?

Ad does not say water proof. It is resistant only. I have one in service for 2 years in a open cow barn under roof but exposed to humidity. i certainly would not run it if in contact with water spray or rain. An excellent fan. W. O. B.
