Very pleased with this vitamin D supplement.My cardiologist reported my labs showed low vitamin D levels. And a friend recommended this particular brand.

This supplement is very effective. Since 2023, the highest my Vitamin D levels got to were 60 while taking other supplements. My most recent Vitamin D test while taking this supplement the last two months was 86.

The K² (to tie in with magnesium) takers. Dissolves to hit your bloodstream immediately. Great product & a smart health choice.

I'm also 60 and this supplement helps. I also give it to my teenage daughter who is T1D. She can sometimes get cranky when her blood sugar is out of range. I noticed when she takes this her mood is more upbeat. I'd have given it 5 stars but it's a little pricey. I guess you get what you pay for.

It takes a minute to dissolve. Now that my insurance won't pay for vitamin d testing, even if you're deficient, I can't tell if it's working.

Was told it doesn’t do any good to take D3 without K2. Vit D alone doesn’t get absorbed. This was why on my reorder I looked for both.

This is the best Vitamin D3+K2 I have ever taken! My levels are up to 91 for the first time ever! I have been using another supplement for years and it didn't change my level by much on blood tests. I thought my body just couldn't process Vit D. I have been taking this for two weeks and my levels are finally up after decades of dealing with deficiency! I strongly recommend this!
