I ordered several boxes of Lindt Lindor Assorted Flavor Truffles for a nonprofit fundraiser supporting housing for the elderly. These were supposed to be a special treat in gift bags, but what I received was nothing short of a disaster.When the boxes arrived, they were covered in a gross film that immediately concerned me. Upon opening them, it only got worse. The truffles looked like they had melted and then re-hardened, leaving them misshapen and unappetizing. I can only assume that the film covering the boxes was part of what had melted.To make matters worse, I’m out $95 with no option to return them. As someone working with a tight budget for a good cause, this is incredibly frustrating. Now I’m stuck with chocolates that are unusable and need to be thrown out.I expected better quality from Lindt, and this experience has been infuriating. I won’t be ordering these again, and I recommend others avoid this product unless you’re willing to take the risk.

I love Lindor chocolates and now they seem to be making it without barley malt was it? In other words, gluten free. This item was shown as half the price per ounce as other options. When I received it, it seems to be composed of overruns and outdated items like Halloween wrappers (it is now January) and Matcha flavor. However I am delighted at the eccentricity of the selection, which also has about half more standard items, and am enjoying it very much. Your mileage, and the selection you receive, may vary.

Don’t expect to get an assortment of flavors like the item photo indicates. 80% of the box were the red papered standard chocolates, 10% was a not popular flavor, and only 2 or 3 balls each of the dark chocolates. No White chocolate at all!! Very disappointing!

You have to check to see who the seller is. I have purchased 3 sets of these truffles. My 1st set was excellent. I was very pleased with my order. So, l ordered a 2nd set. I didn't think about my 2nd order coming from a different seller. IT WAS GROSS!!!! Most of the chocolate had melted and the oil separated. I was able to get a full refund. Did some research and discovered that the two orders came from different sellers. I ordered a 3rd set from the original seller and the box arrived today. PERFECT CONDITION! 1.l Item received is nothing similar to website description.2. Only three types.3. Each of the three one each was opened. Chocolate was very old. All white. Bad tastre/flavor.4. None of these 3 types are inn website display on amazon.5. No option to return faulty product6. No option to exchange for correct product; as advertised on Aamzon.com web portal..Summary: TOTAL WASTE OF $28 and over 1 hour of my time.Recommend you avoid.

Very disappointed with the variety. 70% was dark chocolate and maybe only 2 of a few other variety and a little more of the other varieties. Pics attached for reference.. the dark chocolate is in a bigger container than the mixed variety.. won't be ordering again.. even the chocolate looks like it wasn't stored properly in right temperatures and looks dull and patchy

Received our order today and I am mot happy! The product appears to be old, was squished and not round and spots of the chocolate is white. Not sure what the deal is but I would not recommend this seller! And of course, I cannot return it!

Great product and price. Normally don’t write reviews but as I was getting ready to re order I seen the 2.8 star review and was confused. Anyways ours way a perfect assortment. There was a few flavors we didn’t like but that’s a person preference and not the products fault. As for the reviews that complain they were melted… it chocolate, if it sits outside in the sun until you get home from work what did you expect?
