If you buy it, use it and stay fit.
For me it worked out perfectly. Easy fun assembling, heavy and sturdy enough for home gym. Well packed ( no visible drops or dents on box) all needed is 2 adjustable wrench to put together. Love it as well as the price 👌

Good quality product for a small, compact home gym.
An adequate, steel-constructed, frame that will hold up to a "home gym" workout for many years. First, you're not buying high quality commercial gym equipment here for powerlifting. So I'm not reviewing this as a comparison to the rest of the heavy duty products out there. But, this product is perfect for my purpose. I have a multipurpose room in my home which includes a small gym. I like to do barbell bench and squats. I don't lift very heavy anymore so this is ok for the weights I use. I already had a bench so I was looking for a rack only. This product is perfect for that and came in at a very reasonable price ($100.00) well below all of the competition. I was a little skeptical of the price, but it is a solid and stable system, well put together. Easy to assemble, I did it alone in 30 minutes. You have to be sure to follow the directions and put it together right (put the right screws in the right holes)! I am 5'10" and this product has plenty of room under it when I'm lifting up the barbell for squats. Since there are two separate pieces, there is plenty of flexibility as far as set-up and storage. I put 150 lbs on a bar and racked it around 5' high. Then I also adjusted it and did a few bench reps, it handled it very easily. So, in my opinion, this system will handle around 200 lbs very safely. If you are planning on lifting in excess of that, I recommend a professional system and a spotter. I've lifted all my life and use to do very heavy weight. It's no fun rolling an olympic bars with 315 lbs down your chest to your stomach when you go to failure on a bench lift with no spotter. In summary, a well built system at a great price that is sturdy and stable for "home-gym" use. Came as advertised (described and pictured) within a few days of ordering with no delays. I am very happy with this addition to my little set-up.

Mostly Good.
These are a cheap alternative to a squat rack/cage and are easy to assemble. Once you get used to racking and un-racking a loaded barbell, you will find these stands sturdy and well balanced. It does take a little getting used to, so I recommend practicing with an empty barbell on your back so your body gets a feel for where you need to step to quickly drop the weight without looking left to right to make sure you're lining up correctly (also recommend marking a spot on the floor so you know exactly where to step to). It's good for squats, shoulder press, incline press, and rack pulls. However, if you're fairly tall, this is pretty impossible for bench press. So, it works fine for most exercises, but before buying take into consideration the needs for your workout regimen. If you're not benching, or you're willing to substitute it with an incline bench press or floor press, and you're comfortable squatting without a self-spotting mechanism, this product will be suitable for you.

Assembly Error Instructions for Yahee tech model #610200 - Here's What You Need to Know
* Price is very good for what you get. Well shipped. Nicely wrapped. Parts all easy to take out and match to the instrcutions. * Hard to assemble using pliers or something like that - must use one and ideally two ratcheted nut driver sets or you will take much longer and won't get the bolts tight enough, imho. * Error in assembly instructions (for Yahee tech model #610200 which is this model) - I found out the hard way and had to work around the errors, take it apart, and then reassemble. * see the photo of the bottom of the unit sitting on the floor. Note that bolt ends - they are pointing UP. The instructions you can see show them oriented down. If you do this you will find the bolt end extend beyond the clearance and will hit/scrape the floor, and make the unit unstable/unbalanced. So after assembly I found this error and reassembled by reversing the bolt directions. * The units are probably ok, but I'd not use them with much more than the manufacturer's rating up to a very few hundred pounds due to stability. Squat cages are likely what you need. I've used lots of different squat racks and these are not sturdy enough, in my opinion, for use, lets say, with 400 pounds. When backing up return the weights from squatting you will naturally bump into the uprights and their movement is unsettling. In most gyms there is zero movement as these are very heavy components. * They get much more stable if you rest a 45 pound plate on the base of each post. That helps a bit.

If it works, it works. That’s kind of the best way to describe this thing. It’s definitely a little sketchy — it wobbles, and it doesn’t exactly scream “high quality” when you’re putting it together. But at the end of the day, it does the job. I’ve got about 15 lbs hanging off one right now I know that’s nothing I’m just lazy to put a ton on. but I’ve also stacked over 400 lbs on it before and it held up just fine. So while it might not look or feel super solid, it’s surprisingly strong. I wouldn’t go shaking it around or moving it too much whilst loaded (although I have). It’s not fancy, but it works — and sometimes that’s all you need.

I have been using this for a couple months at home now. Very satisfied with my purchase. I use these 4-6 times a week and they are still as solid as day one. Never had to tighten the bolts. However I wouldn't necessarily trust these for enormous amounts of weights. The most I went on these is 275lbs and it's probably the most I would use them for. Takes very little space which was essential for me. Would recommend. :)

Decent quality, but hard to use for bench press. I can barely use it when the bench is flat and, to use it inclined I have to use the slots that are for squats. I don't know who designed this; the 'towers' (for lack of a word) have to be at least 30 cm taller to be used for bench press. Disappointed.
