High quality splint
Brace Direct night splint is a great splint for my broken ankle. It feels secure and comfortable. It stabilizes my ankle day and night. I ordered a size medium and it fits perfectly. I wear a size 8 and measured in small, however went with a medium. I wear the splint in the day when moving around on crutches as it provides good protection. The 3 Velcro straps are strong and well made. The Velcro can be placed tight or looser depending on preference. I highly recommend this splint for anyone needing to stabilize and alleviate pain or recovering from ankle surgery. The quality is excellent and a great value for the price. The 90 degree angle stabilizes the foot well.

really comfortable brace
This brace is really comfortable. It's a little bulkier than some, but that's worth it for the comfort. My only problem is that the low, cross-foot brace comes loose sometimes in the night. Even when it does the brace still provides the necessary support. Also, you can walk around the house with it on if you need to get up in the night, like I sometimes do.

Great relief for Plantar Fasciitis
Great for Plantar Fasciitis. Very easy to use. A lot more comfortable compared to prior brace used. The padding made a definite difference and velcro worked well. I noticed a change after a few nights use.

Velcro fails within a few months
They work great at first but the velcro fails very quickly, within a month or so. Then they just fall off your feet during the night.

Comfortable sleep
It's been 43 days, 43 days of sleeping on my back and I am NOT a back sleeper. My physical therapist recommended this to me after I kept complaining about my hard aircast boot that goes to my knee and is so uncomfortable and restricting. I broke my ankle and use a hard boot during the day and at night, but I can't move or do anything so I got this boot. Last night I slept on my side and was told I was sound asleep in a curled up ball position; I slept over 10 hours! It was the most comfortable I have been since I broke my ankle; I mean a broken ankle recovery isn't comfortable, but this boot is! My toes can breathe and I can move around and it just feels like a tube sock or something on your foot and only goes up about mid calf and not heavy. It is sturdy and keeps my foot supported while moving in bed....finally!

cheaply made, low quality
This was the biggest waste of money ever! Flimsy yet also hard and clunky. Dug into the back of my calf and was too painful to wear. Not enough padding along the back at all. Since it's really just for resting/sleeping, I didn't expect it to last the way memory foam does but it was completely deflated within a week like a cheap pair of slippers from hardly any "wear and tear" at all. I am 5'7" about 160 lbs, my calves are very average size, no cankles but not twiggy skinny, and unless you stay perfectly still, this "boot" is gonna slip and slide all over the place. Don't buy this, try another brand or option. I've seen so many higher quality for almost half the price. I bought this one because it looked like it would be best for wearing in bed. Wrong!

It was painful and didn’t stay in place
First of all they put a small arch support at the ball of the foot where the wedge goes. Why I have no idea. Then it will not stay in place at all. Your foot moves around considerably. There are a lot of pressure points, especially around the lower shin and the top of your foot. It really bothered my extensor tendon. The Velcro most likely won’t stay on after a few uses.

Great Price!
Quality product at one third the cost of my Doctors office. My Surgeon required me to wear this device while sleeping post surgery. After wearing this nightly for 2 weeks while sleeping I can report this splint is comfortable. Easily placed and removed. Easy to clean as well! I would buy again.

I am in a walking cast for two months because of a bone break. My doctor had advised me to wear the walking boot in bed at night to avoid jarring my foot while it mends. That seemed a very daunting prospect. This sleep boot is a perfect solution to my problem. It keeps the foot protected, but is rounded and padded on the outside so that it allows you to roll over in bed - and it does not cut into your other foot! It is light in weight as well.

Product wasn’t as bulky as other reviews mentioned, so was quite pleased. Comfortable enough for sleeping and gave the light support wanted.

I have other hard plastic night splints with little velcro straps you have to fit through little holes. They work amazingly but when you're injured and have lost flexibility, it is very difficult to move your legs to get those little straps on. I wanted this one for the ease of putting it on! And the bonus is that it's so soft and comfortable!! This padded one is 100% more comfortable! It's so soft I don't even have to wear socks with it (like my other one). And the velcro is amazing, so easy to put on, no issues at all. If you have never slept with a night splint, it does take getting used to, but it's worth it when you wake up without pain. I have a women's size 10 shoe so I bought the medium and it fits perfectly so the foot base must be 10" in a medium. Also a little tip, I don't undo the strap that goes over my foot. Just set it how you need it the first time and then just slip your foot in and do up the ankle and shin straps. Saves the material from velcro usage.

Digs in, the only challenge is the seam at the heel on the inside of the brace. The manufacturer needs to change this. Really good product otherwise.
