Really helps soothe back pain, at least for awhile.

This really helped with my back pain and wasn't overly smelly. Easy to use but it's quite pricey, however it was effective in relieving the discomfort.

I give 5 Stars for overall efficacy but deducted a Star for the container. As it is a pump action system it isn't as efficient as an aerosol in-so-far as you don't get a particularly fine application on the skin, and over a few uses the bottle doesn't resume its shape meaning you must unscrew the nozzle to allow the bottle to reinflate. I use both the gel and the spray options and both are excellent with pain relief. A bonus would be for the product to be available in aerosol.

I am having issues with pain in both calves. Sometimes I use hot and cold therapy but this is nice and easy. Just spray it on and it does the trick.

Nothing else on the shelves touches muscle pain like this spray. Alot of chiropractors use this, and its a must if you regularly get muscle tweeks from activity or problems with backs etc due to inactivity. A life saver for me and ive always have a spray bottle in my cupboard. Tip: spray bottle most effective i think.

Great cooling pain relief and value for money.

Received well packed and in good time but I must admit the spray is nowhere as good as when you smear on to your body.

I bought Bio Freeze because someone recommended it to me. I bought the spray as it is easy to apply to those hard to reach places on my back. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked along with the good nights sleep I had! I would definitely recommend this for back and muscle pain.
