Q: works with iphone 12 pro max? too heavy?

I have an iPhone XS Max so if it’s the same size you should be good

Q: zoom in/out button works? mine seems doesn't work

I would turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on to reset. Maybe the Cami app settings need to be looked at.

Q: I just opened mine and it keeps swiveling. Is this normal?

if you are pressing the M button that is the mode button. that switches the phone from landscape to vertical. i kept pressing it and it was making it swivel i had to look it up to find it out. But other then that its been pretty solid.

Q: Where can I find a tripod to fit this? Can’t seem to find the brands tripod that fits this anywhere

You can use a mini tripod stand on Amazon that screws into the bottom of the gimbal.
